Customs declarations

The official form of the customs declaration (for import-export and transit of goods) handwritten under the normal procedure is the single administrative act. Non-Union goods that you bring into the EU must be presented in the customs area. Therefore, a customs procedure approved by the complete authority shall be received.

Intrastat

The system for collecting statistical data on the trade with goods that takes place between the countries of the European Union is called Intrastat. The services include the registration of the economic agent, completing and submitting the Intrastat declarations.

Customs consultancy

Specialized information on the conduct of customs activities. Details regarding the documents required for import-export and transit, taxes and tariff classification corresponding to the category of transport.

EORI code

The EORI code is the registration and identification number of a unique economic operator in the EU, which was introduced on July 1, 2009. The customs authorities assign an EORI code to natural and legal persons, used for all customs activities carried out in the European Union. Our services include the registration of the economic agent and filling in the necessary documents.

Import-Export

Elaboration of the necessary documents for import-export activities, of which we mention: commercial invoice for the purpose of determining the real value of imported goods and establishing duties and taxes, presentation of transport documents according to the means of transport used and the identity documents of natural or legal persons.

TIR carnets

The goods move under the cover of a TIR carnet, which has a double purpose: customs transit declaration and guarantee document. This carnet is issued to carriers by the guaranteeing associations approved by the customs authority of each signatory country. Our services include opening and completing TIR carnets.
